Hikma center for dialogue and cooperation organized a symposium for the French delegation that included Christians of the Mediterranean Churches that was headed by Bishop Mark Stinger with a group of clergy men and thinkers. The Bishop presented a speech in which he addressed the sectarian conflicts in France between Protestants and Catholics and elucidated the causes and consequences, and What can be took as advantage of this experience in order to apply it to the Iraqi situation.
At the end of the symposium, there was a speech by His Eminence Sayyed Ezzuldin
Al-Hakeem in which he elucidated the role of Al- Marji’ya in maintaining the civil peace and pacifying the society during the sectarian tensions. His Eminence also elucidated the causes of extremism and logistical and meaningful support for it by the region and the neighboring countries.
