Hikmeh Center in collaboration with Jurisprudence College of Kufa University held a specialist lecture under title ” the role of Jurist at the new subjects ” , it has hosted Samahat Al-Sayyed Husain Al-Hakeem , he has mentioned to the importance of addressing the new subjects that are regarded an importance that should are searched at scientific hallways , and he expressed in his lecture that the research in this lecture goes in the topics not covered , that are called contemporaries , and how to jurist that deals with it and what is the role of him in addressing the topics.
